Wesley Chapel Toyota's service department is Horrible. I dropped my Tacoma off 3 days ago and they said it would be ready in 3 to 4 hours. 3 day later and almost a $5,000 bill. I had the same work done that they suggested for 55% less. Their own service advisor told me their prices are so high because of all the baby sitter help they employ. More
