I finally got the glass I wanted. I wish I would have compared or been given an explanation of the huge increase in price from last quote and explanation of the cost per hour and hours expected for this to understand better why the labor was $1000. More

Overall I support this dealer. Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Also they lost record of my warranty for two years.... If the service advisors weren't so personable I would've switched to an independent shop a long time ago. More

More than double fees! I took car in for routine service b for my car. They charged me $1455.00!!! I called draper and they would have done the exact same thing for $599. When they suggested this service for my caR with 14k miles, they didn't say, " by the way this is going to cost $1455.00" which would have been helpful. Not pleased. More
