We had a great experience with Murray Ford. We went to the lot late one afternoon, found the vehicle that we were interested in. Then we went in to see if it was available, and to test drive it We went to the lot late one afternoon, found the vehicle that we were interested in. Then we went in to see if it was available, and to test drive it. We were met with lots of smiling faces. AJ Mikkelson was our salesman. He was really nice and helpful. Steve Johnson worked to get us approved at the best rate possible. Both AJ and Steve worked with us until after 10 pm (close at 8 Pm) that night so that we could drive our new vehicle home the next day. Not only did Steve Johnson stay late that night, but he met us the next day on his day off, on his own time to give us our tag. On the way home, we noticed an issue with the vehicle. We took it in the very next day and the service people (Cary at the desk & Pedro, the technician) were top notch in getting it to the back and fixing the issue. THANK YOU ALL FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOUND!!! Employees like you are what makes a business stand out above the rest!!! We are very pleased with our purchase and will be repeat customers. More

Service department drove our 2017 F150 with my husband and determined what the problems were with the truck. Said they would call us to bring in the truck when they had time and parts to fix. Called and s and determined what the problems were with the truck. Said they would call us to bring in the truck when they had time and parts to fix. Called and said to bring truck in Tuesday July 2nd , would take several days to fix .asked them do oil change as well, no problem. Called Friday July 5, service tech was out until the following Tuesday. Called again Saturday July 6 and was told NOTHING had been done to the truck. Nobody knew what the story was with our truck. We came back and picked up the truck and returned the rental we were provided. It’s now late Wednesday July 10th and NO ONE from the dealership has contacted us to explain why nothing was done Guess they could care less about customers satisfaction . Have owned fords for many years and Never had such a bad experience with a service department. Someone should have followed up with us. We’ve driven over an hour each way to get to this dealership, guess inconvenience to customers doesn’t bother this dealership. Very disappointed. More
