Your service people should help customers solve problems, not seek to charge as much money for simple services as possible. Mike Ayers also wouldn’t work with me on the exorbitant expenses. Only Carlos was willing to throw me a bone by knocking off $100. I also had to rent a car for a few days at the cost of $185. Another fee that could have been avoided. In the end, I felt like Tracy Dodge didn’t help me with what they knew, and intentionally put my truck through unneeded and unnecessary diagnosis to run up the bill for a simple battery replacement. I will never set foot in your dealership again, and will be sure to let others know what happened to me there. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed that I feel more like a victim than a customer.
