Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would give zero stars if I could. I took my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq into Gilroy Chevrolet for a simple issue with a rear light that was working intermittently. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into an absolute nightmare. My vehicle sat in their shop for over 30 days while the service department fumbled around trying to figure it out. The worst part? Not once did anyone from the service department call me with an update. Every time I wanted to know what was happening, I had to reach out myself. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. On top of that, there was no apology, no compensation, and no accountability for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. If you value your time, your car, or even basic customer service, avoid this maintenance department at all costs. More
