Carlos sends generic text about how they want to communicate....blah, blah, blah. Then absolutely ZERO replies to my many texts! And. when I did go there. he starts to walk me out to vehicle...to ge communicate....blah, blah, blah. Then absolutely ZERO replies to my many texts! And. when I did go there. he starts to walk me out to vehicle...to get info...then ignores me and goes to assist someone else! We "were" going to look for a new vehicle...but their service dept changed my mind! We have since bought a ford Explorer at Nick Nicholas Ford! Was told oil change and warranty repair (software update) would take one hour....2 1/2 hours later...I'm still chasing them down - of course they said I needed an additional $2500 in repairs that they just happened to find when they do a 'courtesy inspection'! More
