It took 3 months to get my 2021 Grand Cherokee electronic suspension fixed. This was not the dealers fault. Stellantis couldn’t be bothered to manufacture the part, so it wasn’t available. However, the dealer left my Jeep sitting in the hot sun the entire time, causing my dashboard’s leather to come loose and crumple. I had a sun shade sitting in the back seat. I’ve called twice to discuss the issue with no response. Next stop corporate. If no response after that, court. Luckily, I’m a lawyer and won’t have to worry about whether the damages are too low to hire one. More
