Each and everyone of these gentleman went above and beyond to provide the utmost definition of "Amazing Customer Service". We purchased two vehicles on the same day and the process could not have been any smoother. From the initial introductions, to the test drives, loan application and approval process, closing and driving off the lot we could not have asked for more. They even went out of there way to bring a vehicle from the Rockville GMC to me in Frederick for a test drive and look over of the vehicle which was the second one we ultimately purchased on this day. They did this without prior notice to us coming to the dealership and did so after we requested to see it when we were there. Carlos was very knowledgeable and personable which helped make this a great experience and transaction during and after the purchases.
