My experience working with Carlos on my vehicle purchase was consistently poor. Communication was minimal, and I was left without clear updates on the process. When discussing delivery of the car I informed him in advance that I am a nurse and Friday was the only day I could be available to receive the car. Despite that, he arranged delivery for Thursday and notified me at the last minute that I needed to find a notary while I was in the operating room and unable to leave a patient. Carlos did not listen to anything said, I 100% feel if I were a man none of this would have happened. The vehicle—a 2025 Toyota Crown—arrived with chips in the windshield and was dirty inside. There was hair all over the back seat. If I had been at the dealership, the car would never have been presented to a customer in that condition. I refused to sign for the vehicle due to the windshield damage. Chris and Jim stepped in, addressed the situation immediately, and resolved everything professionally. They went above and beyond to correct issues that should not have happened in the first place.. More

Findlay Toyota dealership showroom and the people working there are cheerful, welcoming, and happy to answer any and all questions. We chose two cars, both of them red and subsequently, it took more than a few weeks for them to arrive. Alan called us almost every day to report where our cars were and the arrival dates for each one. He made the waiting enjoyable. They were transported on a railroad train, so we knew where they were, they were safe, and when they would arrive. Alan patiently taught us everything we needed to know about our new Highlander and Rav 4. After receiving the new cars, we went back several times with questions, sometimes the same question, and Alan patiently answered each one until we became comfortable enough to be on our own. We are now enjoying our new cars and would recommend the Findlay dealership to anyone. Alan Hoover will stand out in our minds for a long time when we think about our car shopping experience. Johnny Miramon, the Finance Manager, walked us through all we needed to know about paying for our Highlander and Rav 4. If there was something we did not understand, he went over the explanation until it was crystal clear. They are both such nice people. More
