The FInance department shows you everything you agreed to on a computer screen, then prints out a extremely long yellow sheet and folds it stating everything is as agreed to on the computer. Your in the office signing and reading so many documents and you miss this sneaky tactic. Once confronted they tried to lie saying it was a Bank "Loan Origination Fee". I then spoke to Associated Bank and was told they don't charge a "Loan Origination Fee" and upon review the bank said the contract was shady, because any additional fees are supposed to be itemized. South Shore Nissan did not itemize the additional fee, they instead added it to the cars original price. I was told to get the contract done over, but the dealership refused and sent me back a check for what they stole. I've been home recovering from a torn Achilles tendon and really wasn't able to deal with the situation accordingly. This dealership needs to be investigated.
