First I would like to start out by saying. Norvell Todd is who I would deal with directly at the dealership. If you are seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle and live locally or out of Norvell Todd is who I would deal with directly at the dealership. If you are seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle and live locally or out of town it is worth the drive. Norvell is very knowledgeable and experience in the auto industry. I believe with his relationships he has with the sales managers. He will push any deal across the finish line.., I highly recommend giving him a call. More

⭐ Review for Ron Marhofer – Extremely Disappointed I purchased a vehicle from Ron Marhofer in December 2025, and to this day, I’ve only been able to drive it for three days. Shortly after the purchase, purchased a vehicle from Ron Marhofer in December 2025, and to this day, I’ve only been able to drive it for three days. Shortly after the purchase, I scheduled a manufacturer recall appointment. Before that appointment even happened, the vehicle developed an issue that the dealership had clearly overlooked. Instead of taking accountability, the management team initially tried to blame me for tampering with the vehicle. Thankfully, the salesman stepped in and confirmed that the issue existed before I even test‑drove the car. Only then did the dealership agree to address the problem. Since then, the manufacturer has held my vehicle due to the recall—something that should have been a simple fix. It is now February 2026, and I still have no vehicle, no timeline, and no clear communication. The dealership blames the manufacturer, the manufacturer blames the dealership, and I’m left without the car I paid for. This entire experience has been unacceptable. A customer should never be left without answers, without support, and without their vehicle for months. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

I don't usually write reviews but this interaction with this dealership leads me to share my experience so folks know what to expect when looking to purchase as vehicle and not having the honor their adver this dealership leads me to share my experience so folks know what to expect when looking to purchase as vehicle and not having the honor their advertised pricing. To be transparent I have purchased many vehicles from outside of my area and have had pretty good transactions with those dealerships. Never have I had a dealership quote me a price and I accept and they decide to ghost me to complete the transaction, until now. I began my car buying by searching numerous car sits including cars.com. This dealership had the car I am interested in for a listed price which I presented an offer. The sales person, Jennifer, declined and stated they do not take offers and are a price as listed dealership so I said no problem and continued shopping. I received numerous emails from Jennifer with price dropping and when the price was where I wanted to be I let her know I am interested in completing the transaction. I asked if she would do a video walk around of the car and she refused, I discussed a trade in and when I said I would ship the car, she questioned why I would do that. I shared with her I did not want to drive 6 hours to drop the car and was immediately told they don't hold cars. She then disappeared for the rest of the day. Later that evening I received another email from her saying the car price dropped again so I submitted a new inquiry and received a call from Ben. He was actual very good at his job and provided an unsolicited video walk around of the car and sent it to me. I made him aware it was the wrong one and he promptly send another video of the correct vehicle. This was in 14 degree weather so Ben was getting my sale. He even provided all the service information on the car and I proceeded to make the purchase but things started to unravel immediately. I did not hear from Ben after accepting the offer until the next day, after numerous calls and emails, the manager, Carmen, provided me the numbers with shipping or picking up. I let them know I would be picking up the car but would wire the entire balance to them but needed the purchase order and wiring instructions. Later that day I got a call from Sean, the sale manager, who brought up the discussion of my trade discussed with Jennifer, who ghosted me. I shared with him how things went with her and I let him know I was working with Ben to complete the transaction. Sean then included the trade in the proposal but told me I had to pay for shipping both ways and had to use their shipping company or they would not sell me the vehicle. He then sent the proposal with a different price from what Ben and Carmen provided, which I shared with him. He said he could not change the price back to the original accepted offer and had to reach out to corporate to get the approval. After not hearing from him for a couple days I contacted Carmen and wanted to proceed with the offer sheet she and Ben provided. I again asked for the sales contract and wiring instructions but I was never given those items. I called numerous times to send the money but no action on their part. The following day Ben reached out to me stating he can assist as he has nothing to do and I asked that he send me the purchase order to close the transaction. Again, no action. After calling each party numerous times I am now certain they do not want to sell me the vehicle although we have a verbal agreement. I have never had a such a terrible buying experience and be aware that their dynamic pricing will have them not honor their agreed upon offer. More
