Did my second oil change and tire rotation and balance and got my indoor light fixed. The front person was rude after explaining that when I called I needed my light fixed and Brandon said it was covere and got my indoor light fixed. I had told her I called the day prior to make sure how much I needed to bring and Brandon assured me it was covered. Finally after I requested for a manager she said ok. Then the video of my car was incomplete nothing about my crucial need to repair all four brakes and rotors and never showed oil change. I called my extended warranty regarding stipulations about getting second opinion on price of brakes. Which I almost fainted from the price $1501.00. I found a licensed mechanic and Mazda new parts. First place that doesn’t clean your car after service. I was always used to getting that. So disappointed. More
