The technicians found dangerous problems with my tires that I didn't know about and let me know about my tire warranty Service was courteous and fast. Excellence in Service I brought in a 2013 Escape to have a second key made for the vehicle. Not only was the service great, the price was better than several other quotes I brought in a 2013 Escape to have a second key made for the vehicle. Customer service from Tony has always been excellent! Every time I have been to Al Packer service department and have talked to Tony, I have always felt comfortable and felt I was dealing with a person I Every time I have been to Al Packer service department and have talked to Tony, I have always felt comfortable and felt I was dealing with a person I could trust. Whether I brought my Explorer or my Expedition in for either, service or repair, he would take time to listen to my concern about a repair and he would follow up to make sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. If there happens to be a delay, he would inform you and explain the reason for the delay. Whether it be a small job such as an oil change, or a larger job, Tony has always handled everything professional and courteous manner. A rarity found in some other auto repair facilities and many other places. More
