Bought my bronco sport from your dealership through Nowcar. When I received the vehicle the driver said it only had one key. You can't find the other key so now I'm being told I can take away from my t Nowcar. When I received the vehicle the driver said it only had one key. You can't find the other key so now I'm being told I can take away from my time to make an appointment with a dealership near me, pay upfront for the key and programming and wait for reimbursement. If I had been told upfront this all needed to be done I would not have bought the vehicle. I think for the aggravation I should be entitled to some ford accessories for the vehicle. I was told John said you are paying for the new key and programming that's all. I feel this should have been disclosed to me before buying not told after buying. Not very good customer service. More
