We went to South Shore Nissan to buy a 2025 Morano SL left over the salesman when we asked the price gave us a listing price of 49,454$ we traded in our 2015 Honda pilot for $8500. We negotiated the prucedown to 45,500 minus the 8500$ brought us to $37000 we went to finance the 37,000 and they gave us a loan agreement with a total of 44,000 and change after fees and when I asked, they said no the original price that they showed us was with the $4000 rebate if you don’t do the 0% financing and since we were doing the 0% financing, they now added the 4000 rebate into that price, the manufacturers retail price for the Marano 2025 was 46,000. They showed us a price of 49 and that was with the $4000 rebate they say added in which would bring the mrsp 54000! These guys are grimy snakeoil con artists they will double talk and keep things vague and then tell you misunderstood! If you want to get screwed buying a car go to South Shore Nissan. More

WARNING TO ALL PAST AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS. Please go back and check your contract. This dealership has been caught secretly adding additional fees to contracts under a WARRANTECH fee. The FIna Please go back and check your contract. This dealership has been caught secretly adding additional fees to contracts under a WARRANTECH fee. The FInance department shows you everything you agreed to on a computer screen, then prints out a extremely long yellow sheet and folds it stating everything is as agreed to on the computer. Your in the office signing and reading so many documents and you miss this sneaky tactic. Once confronted they tried to lie saying it was a Bank "Loan Origination Fee". I then spoke to Associated Bank and was told they don't charge a "Loan Origination Fee" and upon review the bank said the contract was shady, because any additional fees are supposed to be itemized. South Shore Nissan did not itemize the additional fee, they instead added it to the cars original price. I was told to get the contract done over, but the dealership refused and sent me back a check for what they stole. I've been home recovering from a torn Achilles tendon and really wasn't able to deal with the situation accordingly. This dealership needs to be investigated. I am a returning customer at this dealership & have leased a Rougue for 10 years. Came back & got the upmost outstanding experence from Thomas the sales Manager and Cato the Sales Consultant. They both leased a Rougue for 10 years. Came back & got the upmost outstanding experence from Thomas the sales Manager and Cato the Sales Consultant. They both went above and beyond to meet the needs of my satisfaction from color to price on the 2024 Rogue. Most excellent & uderstanding people to work with. Highly Recommend!!! More

Horrible customer service in the service dept. I had an oil change and got my car back with the engine air filter housing completely apart and rattling in my way home. I fixed it myself and call I had an oil change and got my car back with the engine air filter housing completely apart and rattling in my way home. I fixed it myself and call the dealer no reply. I just purchased my car off lease and my radio wasn’t working called service to see if there was something I can do instead of bringing it in they said I had to bring it in. Thanks to YouTube I held down the power button for 20 seconds and it worked. Called the dealer no reply even after they promised they would call back. Worst dealer ever. More
