Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership. We bought a vehicle in July of 2025 and as of 11/6/25, still have not received our plates or registration. We kept getting the runaround from the fianance manager Chase, who consistently lied to us about our registration. Then we moved up to Jesus Alvarez who claimed he would take care of the situation and even gave us his personal cell number (but advised he rarely checks it). Numerous promises, several temporary plates, and still no resolution. Jesus finally answered my text today. My guess is because I advised I was going to the dealerships general manager next and also contacting the AG office. Told today title and registration were processed but could not provide a date. So again, we still sit and wait for the next excuse. Stay tuned....... More

Larry Miller Dodge Tucson looked into the issue, and said a baffle was not operational, therefore a lengthy wait for a new lamp assembly commenced. 8. At the same time, as I was loading the trunk with grandkid stuff, and the sun was shining into the back windshield, I noticed the high mounted third brake light and there wasn’t anything installed except the housing. Again, LHM Dodge Tucson let me know there would be a lengthy wait for this part. LHM Dodge Tucson service advisor David, will be in contact with the LHM Dodge Surprise people to make the Surprise dealership pay for their incompetence in all these lighting issues. I've been online, and other Last Call owners have commented on how lousy their new cars had been assembled. Too late for the Challenger, but it still needs to be addressed. More

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise in the past 4 years. This week the check engine light came on in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s 4Xe. I drove m Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise in the past 4 years. This week the check engine light came on in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s 4Xe. I drove my Jeep to said dealership that day to have service check the codes and discover what caused the warning light to activate. My vehicle had just surpassed 6,400 miles. I explained the reason for my visit to my service advisor Kyle Kreuziger. He advised me that they would have to keep the vehicle for a few days, and that he would keep me apprised of the status of my vehicle, and which repairs if any were needed. Kyle was extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, friendly & engaging. He called me each and every time there was an update regarding my vehicle. Today he called me at 7:30 AM to let me know that my Jeep was ready and that the tech had replaced the electronic transmission pump. Needless to say , I am extremely glad I did not ignore the check engine light! More
