“Made to Order Truck” I’m a retired Greensboro Fireman and still landscape commercially.For 2018, I needed to sell my current truck and buy a new truck for my business, So I’m a retired Greensboro Fireman and still landscape commercially.For 2018, I needed to sell my current truck and buy a new truck for my business, So I decided to go see my friend and sales manager Smith Stokes. When I arrived at Northpoint, I was greeted by Chad, a very polite salesman, who then introduced me to Eddie Daye and then Smith joined in to guide and direct me on which trucks I needed to test drive. My truck was appraised as I went out with Chad then Eddie on 3 different test drives to narrow my choice down to ultimately another 2500 Ram Diesel pickup truck. Both Eddie and Smith spent a considerable amount of time with me in the details of the truck that I was looking for and then putting it all down on the official order form. I was given an approximate arrival date and was notified immediately when my truck arrived. Eddie and Smith had already coordinated appointments with Line X and Triangle Camper so that my truck would be equipped and ready for delivery a mere two days after it came into the rail yard. Eddie called me and specifically informed me of all the logistical information I needed to make the deal complete as well as spent close to an additional hour on delivery to go over the operation of all the technical interior features and mechanical service information. I spent the better part of a year to fina My experience at North Point was solely due to my series of interactions with Sales Consultant Chad Browder. I spent the better part of a year to finally decide on purchasing a new 2018 Jeep wWrangler JL. When I finally did make a decision, I purchased the most expensive Wrangler on the lot, again, solely due to the relationship I had developed with Chad. I could have purchased the same Wrangler through my Credit Union buying service at a slightly lower cost and a higher value for my trade in but I would have had to wait for several months as this exact Wrangler was few and far between the dealerships in the surrounding states. Here's why I chose to make my purchase from Chad and North Point. Chad is very professional but extremely personable. He made my whole buying experience about me and my needs and wants, not because he needed a sale that particular week or the dealership needed a sale. I was in the market for a new or barely used truck similar to my GMC Denali I was trading in or my dream Jeep Wrangler. Over the year preceding my purchase, I must have spoken with Chad 6-7 times on the lot. Each time Chad evaluated me perfectly. I didn't want to be bothered at first, I just wanted to get an idea of what was available and his reading of my body language and clearly listening to me each and every time I came on the lot was spot on. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was always at the ready wen I did have a question. I respected his time as a sales consultant so since I wasn't initially ready to make a purchase, I kept my questions short and to the point. Chad was super knowledgeable about all of the new and used vehicles; more so than any Sales Consultant I had encountered. Most of the other dealership's sales staff were inexperienced, pushy and annoying buy Chad clearly knew how to cultivate a sale. At each and every of our interactions, Chad was learning more about the type of customer I was, what my wants and needs were and what it would take to satisfy them. Chad didn't as much "sell" me a vehicle, he really helped me "buy" the perfect vehicle for me as a person. This marks the fifth vehicle my family has purchased from North Point and the most expensive. I have a professional background that includes hiring, training and developing sales and call center personnel. Chad Browder is one of the most technically proficient Sales Consultants I've come across in a very long time. His approach dovetails perfectly with todays automobile sales environment. Chad is honest, attentive and highly observant. His listening skills are second to none. His product knowledge was top notch. His evaluative process of a perspective customer was spot on. I took five test drives of different vehicles with Chad and they were all very pleasant and enjoyable. He listened intently and answered my questions down to even the most "in the weeds" questions I had without any hesitation or uncertainty. I never felt pressured or annoyed as I had at other dealerships. Chad was just the perfect Sales Consultant and he understood how significant it was to me to drop almost $50K on my dream Wrangler JL. My Daughter works for RubiTrux up in Boone and they are doing the lift on my Jeep in the near future. I'll be sure to drop by and show it to Chad because I know he will be interested to seat and follow up with me which I appreciate.
