First of all your dealership was very clean included customer service waiting area. The customer service was very knowledgeable when I checked in for service asked what the problem was and I explained t customer service waiting area. The customer service was very knowledgeable when I checked in for service asked what the problem was and I explained to him everything that was going on with the car and I showed him everything that was displayed on the instrument panel. After they checked the diagnostics on the computer they told what was wrong with the in a language that the customer could understand. And what needed to be done to correct the problem I told him to fix it. I got the car back in the time they said it would be done THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB! More

As the truck was an extraordinarily rarely optioned unicorn I chose to fly and buy it. The staff were willing to take my deposit even though I couldn't fly out for a week and picked me up at the airport to help facilitate the purchase. From a distance Mark Freme ensured I felt comfortable making the trip and represented it's condition well. While I don't expect to ever buy another vehicle from a dealership 900 miles from home it's nice to know that there are still dealers out there interested in the customers experience and not just the bottom line. More

The oil change and inspection was done efficiently by service department. My average rating is mostly for the person who checks you in and out. I would have thought as a first time service customer on service department. My average rating is mostly for the person who checks you in and out. He was rather dismissive and if I return to Kuehl, I will request a different service rep. More
