Buyer beware. Tempe Dodge sold me a vehicle with unresolved safety issues. The driver-side window and door were supposed to be fixed before purchase, but after multiple attempts, they are still not fixed. They also sold the vehicle with a broken headlight and refused to repair it. I’ve had multiple additional issues that required me to use my own insurance deductible. After all this, Charles (manager) promised to take care of me on a replacement vehicle, but he and Cam (salesperson) were dishonest, misrepresented damage, and presented numbers that did not match what was discussed. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not trust this dealership. More
