I had to change my review when I realized the Mechanic didn’t even put my weather stripping on correctly. I come to Toyota to have my vehicle worked on. I now have to deal with the daunting Mechanic didn’t even put my weather stripping on correctly. I come to Toyota to have my vehicle worked on. I now have to deal with the daunting process of dealing with Toyota Brand Engagement to have all my concerns that this dealership has been blowing me off on to have addressed. I’m can’t believe I’m am being treated as though I’m making things up. After my 25,000 mile initial free services. I continued to stay there as a paying customer for all of maintenance needs. V It shouldn’t be this hard to have a relationship with your dealership when there are so many other Toyota dealers in the area. I have been dealing with this issue for over two weeks and still have yet to hear from the Service Manager or Director. Even after calling Toyota Brand Engagement to have several documented items addressed. If I knew, I had a customer that was upset I would surely reach out to them. More
