Charlie contacted me after I had made an inquiry online. He setup a time to meet with me at the dealer. Once I arrived, he assisted me with the truck I wanted to see. He also showed me an upgraded version that I eventually purchased. Negotiating the price was not painful. We were able to come to an agreement on price and the credit application was simple. I was able to get in and out within 3 hours. Very Good experience overall. More
