Charlie Hardy has been super helpful and understanding from the first initial phone call. He is extremely knowledgable in so many ways, whether on the cars, financing, leasing, new vs CPO, etc. he is extr from the first initial phone call. I walked in on a Sunday to check out a used Audi A8. Charlie met me with a smile, and was extremely polite and professional. Purchased a 25 Q3 and overall it was a good experience. Loved working with Charlie in Sales. However James in Finance was NOT a good experience. I spent over an hour in the office as James did not have the Loved working with Charlie in Sales. However James in Finance was NOT a good experience. I spent over an hour in the office as James did not have the current promotional financing offers correct and after 3 attempts and speaking to management, finally figured it out. I opted to not finance after the terms were higher than expected. His final sales numbers were off and I found this error and corrected it. He then aggressively pushed the care packages without any documentation. After feeling I got bullied into something I may or may not want, I went in the next day and complained and the care package brochures magically appeared and had to sit in the office again for an extended time while he refunded me and re-did the paperwork. Very frustrating experience and WARNING to read the fine print, ask for the care package documentation, and check the figures. Everyone else at the dealership was great. James was not. Maybe he was having a bad day... More
