They literally found the problem within a couple of hours and the next day I was able to pick up my car and the heat has been working fantastic for two weeks now. I was pleased with how swiftly this entire process took. Jordan was great and when he wasn't available, Charlie stepped in and helped me finish my deal and get me out the door with the help of Larry.
