This is the third new Hyundai I have bought from Charlie Smith in less than a year. The last two cars were totaled (we were not at fault in either case). Rita Morris the receptionist was just wonderful setting us up with Elaine Corbin, the sales manager and Charlie Smith the sales associate who took excellent care of us the whole way through. Charlie was pleasant and kind and extremely helpful. He worked really hard coordinating everything for us and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. Elaine was just super and welcomed us warmly and even gave our daughter the reception area’s Hyundai balloon to play with. Delana Wilhelm, our finance person, was very sweet and professional and worked with us and with the bank to get us a great deal and was very efficient and clear about what we were signing and made the process progress very quickly.
