Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent sale of a 2017 Nissan Altima with a CVT transmission to my 80-year-old mother at your Summerville, SC dealership. It is distressing to learn that she was not given full disclosure regarding the ongoing issues and lawsuits related to Nissan’s CVT transmissions. Such information is absolutely essential for any buyer, especially elderly customers who expect professional and ethical standards from your business. Furthermore, we have strong reason to believe that dealer staff may have forged documentation during the sales process. This is both unethical and illegal. To summarize: My mother was not informed of known problems and lawsuits regarding the CVT transmission. Full disclosure, as required by fair business practice and, in some cases, law, was not provided. There are irregularities in the paperwork that indicate possible forgery, which is a very serious offense. We expect an immediate response detailing how you plan to resolve this matter. We also request that you thoroughly review your sales and disclosure processes, especially with respect to vulnerable seniors. If satisfactory resolution is not reached promptly, we will not hesitate to pursue this matter through the State Attorney General, appropriate consumer protection agencies, and if necessary, legal action. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can address this situation constructively

That whole response that y'all gave me was nothing but a bunch of crap It was like a just send this It sounds good in the public eye well guess what everybody's finding out how big of a piece of crap you people are You're selling cars that should be a salvage titles and there's no way for these people to tell you think you think think they're not catching on to that crap and you're ripping off senior citizens seeing your citizens how stupid are you there to one group of people you want to keep on your side xxxxxxx so you can shove it up your xxx with all this crap and again you will fix my mother's car if I got to pick it that place out front personally I'll do it I'll get every senior citizen and this xxxxxxx tri-state area to come here and pick at your place you'll be in the soup line soon I suggest you fix my mother's car so I can go away if not I will never stop ever you understand I'll pick it outside your house and tell your neighbors what kind of piece of crap you are I'm not playing you can switch dealers you can get another job I don't care if you get a job doing plumbing I'll pick at the house or put the plumbing in you piece of crap once you f***** over my mother you f***** over me Now you got to deal with me fix the car fix the car that's all we're asking not looking for a million dollars I'm asking you to give my mother a car fix the one she has as it should be running not the time bomb you sold her cuz she was 80 real piece of s*** Chase chunk whatever the xxxx you calling yourself idiot and you got my number want to give me a call buddy for me for a beer a******
