Customer service from beginning to end appreciate patience & kindness that was giving from the financial department. 5 stars to Sabri Certledge & additional 5 stars to Lashawn Jerman . Brought my car here to see if there was an issue (3 other mechanics between Colorado and Virginia told me there was nothing wrong) and was told it needed $900 worth of work for a new hub bearing which was “c mechanics between Colorado and Virginia told me there was nothing wrong) and was told it needed $900 worth of work for a new hub bearing which was “completely bad” and my alignment was off. I picked it up and paid the $200 diagnosis fee no problem, especially since the parts they ordered hadn’t come in and it was going to be another day anyways- so that I could take it to the collision shop to have it covered by insurance since we had recently hit a deer. The collision shop tells me there’s nothing wrong with it. He drove it around all morning and apologized that he couldn’t replicate my issue and that the hub bearing and alignment was perfect (we also just had new tires put on last week). I call winners circle back just to ask about it, I explain the situation, the woman says she will go talk to them.. and immediately hangs up on me. I call back and no one answers. I contact sales.. the man assures me that my other mechanic is not reputable and all the other mechanics are wrong and they can’t lead me astray (every dealership I’ve ever been to leads me astray) despite explaining I’m a military wife with 3 children and a deployed husband and through tears- this man starts trying to sell me a new vehicle again. I didn’t even want the $200 fee back. I just wanted to be told the truth that I had been deceived and taken advantage of. It was like talking to a brick wall. I’ll never do business with this dealership again. I warn others not to trust their schemes. I have documentation and photos proving I’ve been lied to and they just told me to go to any other Chrysler dealership to get the same diagnosis - of course - there’s notes on my VIN and they will all say the same thing. I know they say not to trust mechanics but what ever happened to good honest work? I’ll be contacting the BBB. More

I submitted the paperwork to cancel my extended warranty and GAP and was only reimbursed for the GAP, I have called, emailed and Facebook message and no response. It has been over 4 months. It has been over 2 weeks since I was told they were looking into it and no one has reached out to me. -10 stars for pretending to care and trying to solve the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! I would like to share my horrible experience at Winner’s Circle CJD in Franklin, Virginia. In a nutshell I had a vehicle WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! I would like to share my horrible experience at Winner’s Circle CJD in Franklin, Virginia. In a nutshell I had a vehicle (2022 Chrysler Pacifica Plug in Hybrid) sold right out from under me after I had a deal in place. I had been working with Chelsea Beltrami and Jamar Hill, who were both amazing every step of the way and were also blind-sided by the sale to another customer. Chelsea even called and increased the price by one thousand dollars which I agreed to and I was told that with this extra money the vehicle would be mine. Jamar contacted me about 30 minutes prior to my arrival so he could have the vehicle prepped and ready to go when I got there. Imagine my surprise as I was on my way to close the deal with a check in hand when 10 minutes before my arrival (after an hour and a half drive to their dealership) I received a phone call from another manager saying that they were selling my car to another customer because they had put a deposit. I had been working on my deal over a week and was never told I needed a deposit it to secure the car. In fact, I was told at the dealership that it is not the dealership’s policy to accept deposits for used cars so I was and am very confused as to why this happened. I also found out that my interest in and subsequent deal on paper occurred before this other customer ever came in to the picture. The person who made the new deal and took the deposit against their policy was the first sales person that had contact with me, Kelvin Blount, so he had knowledge of my intent to purchase the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership before this other customer again, check in hand for the full purchase price of the car and was told I had to wait for the other customer to come in because he had first refusal of the vehicle. My heart sank and truly I felt like I was being treated completely unfairly and the deal that I had worked so hard to make and finance was being totally disregarded. The other manager started showing me other vehicles that he thought were comparable but they were not, they were not hybrids and had far less upgrades than the vehicle I had agreed to purchase and they wanted the same price for vehicles which upon investigation had lower blue book values than the price they wanted me to pay. He went on to tell me that he was going to offer them to the new buyer as well but as far as I could tell he did not. They kept me there for 3 hours before the General Manager, whose name I believe is Keith Scott, even had the common courtesy of coming to talk to me and by then they had closed the deal with this other buyer and he said there was “nothing he could do”. I believe that their behavior towards me was abusive and unfair as the General Manager didn’t even speak to me who was FIRST in line for the vehicle in every way, I had contact first, I had a deal first, I had financing first, and I arrived to the dealership first. Mr. Keith Scott didn’t speak to me until he closed a deal with someone else I would love to have an explanation of how this completely unfair deal happened and why I was totally disregarded. More

Julian and Trey were incredibly helpful and made the purchase process easy and stress-free. Chelsea assisted me with the deposit earlier in the week and her support was invaluable to locking in the deal we got for our car. The entire team including Eric who did our paperwork was professional and friendly, ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend Winners Circle Dodge Chrysler for anyone looking for a great car! More
