Chip Jurgens, professionalism, no pressure, straight forward style was appealing. I test drove two cars and one of them twice before making my decision. It was the most outstanding, professional, major purchase experience I have ever had. I asked for the best offer up front with one counter offer before Belinda shook my hand and said, "Congratulations!" I have been introduced to about 8 staff and each experience has been the same-exceptional. I also appreciated the Kayla Marquardta who went over all the special features that Chip had pointed out, a few days later. Though it was my initial experience with Chip that made all the difference and intrigued me to stay. I also appreciated Mike Campo searching for the best rate. More

Painless Had been looking to purchase vehicle for a couple of months, mostly internet shopping, when we found something we thought we might purchase we woul Had been looking to purchase vehicle for a couple of months, mostly internet shopping, when we found something we thought we might purchase we would drive to the dealership to check it out, but alas the car was either overpriced and the dealership would not budge from what they were asking or the sales person was simply out of touch. We would continue to search and we happened to notice the very high rating for this dealership plus we saw a car we really liked, we did not want to be bombarded by the sales "vultures" so on a Friday evening we went after hours to take a look at it and we really liked what we saw, the next step however was going the next day to the dealership(Saturday) to take a test drive which we did, we showed up at the lot and within about 5 minutes out walks the sales "vulture" Chip, from that point foreword it was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had, we had planned on going to a couple of more dealerships that day but after the way we were treated and the fact that they met the price we were wanting to pay we walked out of the dealership with a new car that day. We would like to thank Chip, Belinda and Michael for the least painless car buying experience we have ever had, btw, Michael is a riot, thanks again. More

Perfect Car Buying Experience I've not had an easier or more pleasant car buying experience in 30 years of buying cars. Chip Jurgens spent a little while speaking with my wife and I've not had an easier or more pleasant car buying experience in 30 years of buying cars. Chip Jurgens spent a little while speaking with my wife and I about what we were looking for and was friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least pushy. He quickly based off our discussions suggested I drive the new AMG C450, what a brilliant suggestion, it fit perfectly what I was looking for. From there the process was easy from trading in my car to handling all the paperwork. Jason Hackney worked diligently to make sure I understood their position on my trade and my new C450, even going above and beyond the call of duty on several instances. Michael Stain was delightful to deal with doing all the finance and title paperwork etc...It felt more like chatting with an old friend rather some finance guy at some car dealership. Chip made sure I was familiar with all the features and functions of my new car before I left. The dealership is clean and bright and comfortable to wander around in have a cup of coffee or whatever. I was always greeted with a bright smile, everyone genuinely seemed pleased to have me in the dealership as I roamed around while paperwork and such was done.
