Otto in service does not return emails or phone calls or voicemails for days! When you do get the luxury of an answer to a phone call all you get is miss information and xxxxxxxx ! I’ve been a very loyal ford motor company customer and purchased my last 18 super duty trucks through Ford I’ve never had such a bad experience as I’ve had with rocky top ford and especially Otto in service!!! It’s been a horrible experience!!!!!! Don’t waste your time!!! More
