Had my Uconnect updated as Carplay had unconnected, and air cond was a little off. As usual Harrison got me all fixed up, Chirs (sales) helped me get Car Play (again) and got some great wiper blades and f air cond was a little off. I dealt with this dealership from nearly 500 miles away. I was interested in a vehicle that was a Lemon Law buy back and I had to trade in my used Jeep. Actually, I was quite concerned because this was a relatively big risk doing this all over the telephone. But, to my surprise, this was one the of the smoothest vehicle purchase transactions I have ever made and I have bought ten Jeeps over the years. My salesman, Chris Blackwell, was outstanding. I had a lot of questions as you can imagine, but nothing ever bothered him. He got me answers, sent me pictures, and put my mind at ease. My wife was very concerned about the history of the vehicle, so AJ Hardy became involved. He gave me the dealership's best price and offered me a written assurance that if the vehicle exhibited issues relating to the Lemon Law buy back within six months, I could return the vehicle at the price I paid. When I went to take care of the paperwork, William Jackson, handled everything quickly. Also, after I returned home, he followed up with a phone call relating to the transfer of the remaining paperwork I would need to register the vehicle. This is a great dealership, period. More
