First, I want to commend Kevin Murphy, the business manager, for his exceptional help. He clearly explained the financial details with an approachable tone and provided a thorough overview of the vario manager, for his exceptional help. He clearly explained the financial details with an approachable tone and provided a thorough overview of the various warranties, which was highly informative. I would readily return to discuss ongoing business with him. As for my sales agent, Logan, he was consistent in getting me into the dealership and worked diligently to finalize several deals. However, after the purchase, there was a noticeable lapse in follow-up, especially regarding coordinating with service to install my wheel locks and to arrange service for a dash issue resulting from my trade-in. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at Randy Marion—the sales process starts off attentive, but the level of attention declines after the sale. More

Came in to have a leak in tire fixed. Service advisors were polite and professional and great to work with. Problem was located and tire was fixed in a timely manner. Overall, the customer service was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed that neither of the two concerns I brought in for were addressed during my visit. I left with the same issu professional. However, I was disappointed that neither of the two concerns I brought in for were addressed during my visit. I left with the same issues unresolved on my new 2026 GMC. The first issue is that the CarPlay feature does not work or connect to my phone. As someone who travels weekly, Monday through Friday, this is a major inconvenience. It would have been ideal to have this resolved during the initial visit rather than having to schedule another appointment for a software update. The second issue involves a squealing noise that seems to come from the engine bay during driving or acceleration. Although a service advisor rode along with me to listen, the truck wasn’t warm enough at the time to reproduce the sound. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, once the truck reached normal operating temperature, the noise returned. Lastly, while I did have an oil change and tire rotation performed, it appears the tires were not rotated. I know this because one of the rear tires has a plug that remains in the exact same position. More

Vehicle was returned in very poor condition with damage/chips, overspray, dried up paint, swirl marks and engine compartment extremely dirty. Dealer says the truck was delivered from factory with sw damage/chips, overspray, dried up paint, swirl marks and engine compartment extremely dirty. Dealer says the truck was delivered from factory with swirl marks. I strongly disagree since hood and lift gate were repainted by dealer which now have swirl marks on them, and on entire body of vehicle including all window trim which is extremely scratched. Now there is additional paint peeling on fender after dealer worked on vehicle. Dealer says all of this is not there fault. This experience of a simple paint defect correction is turning into a nightmare, and a vehicle which was once in pristine condition, now returned to me damaged. This truck was not just picked off the lot. This truck was delivered to my door, from factory to dealer in a closed carrier within a week. It was a specific build. ... I am unfortunately no longer in love with this 100K vehicle. I am being made to feel like asking for the vehicle to be returned back to me as it was handed over is asking for too much. Very upsetting situation that continues to evolve. Totally understand why customers retain counsel for these type of situations. Perhaps at that point, there will be no more 'my word against yours'.
