Our experience with CDJR of Leesburg started with pressure to buy something we didn't need. Sales rep Chris Clark told us the Premium Protect Plus plan was required on all their vehicles — it wasn't, pressure to buy something we didn't need. Sales rep Chris Clark told us the Premium Protect Plus plan was required on all their vehicles — it wasn't, and we later confirmed in writing, from the plan's own claims supervisor, that it wouldn't have been valid on our car anyway due to an aftermarket wrap. There was also an inconsistency in the vehicle's disclosed history that we caught before signing — only because we ran our own independent history check rather than relying on what we were handed. My advice to any buyer here: pull your own vehicle history report from more than one source before you sign anything. The issue ultimately got resolved to our satisfaction, and we credit the dealership for that. The deal nearly fell apart when finance rep Justin Prather told us it was being cancelled. Justin was removed, and finance manager MJ stepped in — getting the corrected paperwork finalized wasn't the smoothest process, but he got it done. GM James Cavialto ("JC") worked through the substantive fixes, correcting the pricing and removing the invalid protection plan, to get us to terms we could accept. After delivery, the drive home to Pennsylvania was rough: a tire with a slow leak needed repeated air top-offs for hours, and the car threw a rare oil pump warning that escalated overnight from "OK to drive" to "power reduced." The tire went flat overnight, then blew out and cracked the wheel on our way to get it checked. CDJR covered the tow and the full wheel/tire replacement, north of $2,300, which we appreciated. The car arrived without a charger, and the gift cards we received ended up covering an unplanned hotel stay rather than being a bonus. We later tried to enroll the wheels in Tesla's protection plan but were declined because the tires measured under the 75% tread threshold. We asked pre-owned manager Tim if the dealership could help with that cost given everything; he declined, saying the store had already gone above and beyond. Bottom line: high-pressure tactics and misinformation early, a GM who genuinely fixed the real problems once escalated, and a rough tail end. Do your own history research before you buy. More

I had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever dealt with at a Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer in Leesburg. When I traded in my vehicle, I was clearly told the payoff would be handled within 10 days. Tha dealt with at a Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer in Leesburg. When I traded in my vehicle, I was clearly told the payoff would be handled within 10 days. That didn’t happen. It’s now been well over that timeframe, and the loan is STILL not paid off. In the meantime, I’ve been stuck dealing with late fees and constant harassing calls from the lender on my previous vehicle — something that should have never been my problem after the trade-in was completed. I upheld my end of the deal immediately, but the dealership has completely dropped the ball on theirs. Trying to get answers has been a joke. I’ve been given the runaround, vague responses, and zero accountability. No urgency, no communication, no resolution — just excuses while my credit and peace of mind take the hit. This is not just bad customer service — it’s irresponsible business practice. When a dealership promises to pay off a trade-in, that’s not optional or “when we get around to it.” It directly affects someone’s financial standing. If you’re considering doing business here, think twice. Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing, follow up constantly, and don’t assume they’ll handle anything in a timely or professional manner. I regret trusting them with this transaction, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
