They spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully. They didn't offer solutions to many of my car's problems. With their nonchalant attitude, they haven't even fixed my car for a few weeks. When I contacted them, they repeatedly hung up the phone in my face. Even the supervisor is acting nonchalant. It turns a blind eye to the disrespectful behavior of its own staff. I will report them to the government agency as soon as possible. And I'm going to send a complaint to the BBB. I don't recommend anyone to buy lincoln cars after their lincoln service experience. I'm not the only one having these problems. Many Lincoln owners suffer from these problems in my friends, and certainly no one recommends the Highland Park Lincoln service More

Went to Ford Dealer in Chicago who charged me TWO successive diagnostic fees that included removing the driver’s seat to solve an airbag issue. I declined the service and went to Highland Park Ford. successive diagnostic fees that included removing the driver’s seat to solve an airbag issue. I declined the service and went to Highland Park Ford. They identified and fixed the problem, which was with the passenger seat belt, for less money that the first diagnostic fee the other dealer wanted to charge me. I think the Chicago dealer was scamming me, but the good news is that I now trust Highland Park Ford. Longer drive, but well worth it. More
