He was very careful to make sure we understood the technology, not to mention his pleasant and courteous demeanor. Mark Panyard was also fantastic and communicated very well on the ETA of everything. Really helpful to keep the anticipation maneagable. Chris & Janet in finance were great too! Love my new car, love the experience. More
