I just wanted to thank you again for EVERYTHING that you've done. I am very happy so far with my new 2012 Honda Pilot EXL and just want you to know that I appreciate you going the extra mile for me, I will for sure be back to deal with you and Germain Honda again. I love driving hondas and the past few experiences I have had(with Lindsay Honda) weren't so great but you really stuck to your word and I want you to know that means a lot.
Customer service was amazing, we were able to get a hold of Chris day or night with any questions that we had while going through the buying process and just had an overall great experience!

Chris Glover has been very helpful showing me the car I wanted to buy; presented every detail regarding the car's operation, the financing options; the purchase price and much more. Most salesmen these days are just to sell you a car and nothing else. But Chris Glover has the most customer oriented experience; friendly; understandable; always care about the customer. First at all, I wasn't ready to buy a car from Germain but somehow Chris Glover convinced me that Germain is the right place to buy a car. So, I did it. I bought the car and I love it. THANK YOU CHRIS GLOVER!!!!!!!

I bought my 07 Civic SI about a year ago, and the experience at Germain Honda of Dublin was beyond amazing. Chris Glover was the type of salesman I look for in buying a car, because he is very honest and genuine. I've had only 2 service issues so far, and both times I talked to Jim Sutter. He is a very professional service advisor, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I have experienced phenomenal customer service, and that's hard to find these days. Not only did I get an awesome deal on my car, I have a place that I can rely on to meet my cars needs.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Chris Glover worked with me several months online before we came in on 11/09/11 to purchase our Honda Pilot. Chris came in on his DAY OFF to help us. He respectfully turned down the loud music at our request so we could focus when he talked to us. He also contacted us after the purchase to see if we had any questions. He reminds us of the great experience we had in Oct. 2008 with the online person that worked for Immke Honda at this location(Dan Beierle). No gimmicks, not a lot of pressure, respectfully giving us time between many emails to respond and telling it like it is. I filled out an online form a few weeks prior to the purchase of my Pilot on the Germain Honda website asking specifically in the comments to have Chris call me but someone else did and tried to tell me that Chris worked on the floor more than he did with online sales. I told the caller to have Chris call me, but he did not tell Chris that message, so I contacted Chris again and we went from there. I did not like this interaction with the caller because I told them I wanted Chris to call me and it was written in my comments that way. This is the third vehicle we have pruchased from this location(two from Immke Honda, one from Germain). Marcello went over service contracts swiftly and did not pressure us. The service deparment is very good in particular Jim Sutton who we have worked with over the years. Mr. Rodriguez prepared our car for us and was good about explaining the car to us. The sales room has a different tenor now vs. when it was Immke Honda, I realize that this is a competitive business, I had been to Germain Lexus( I felt pressured there too) when I was looking at cars in 2003 but ended up going to Immke Honda to get my 2004 Pilot. I also got a call from someone at the front desk after I was in for a service call in the summer and happened to go in and browse at cars in the showroom. I don't like getting these phone calls and I prefer doing this online vs. going in and bargaining and going back and forth. I do not like this webiste and that you have to go through hoops to write the review and HAVE TO REGISTER TO GET THIS SUBMITTED, GOOD GRIEF

Chris was excellent to work with. He had a though knowledge of the vehicles that he showed us. He provided the information needed to make the decision but did not push or oversell the car. We had decided on a maximum payment before we started looking and he kept us under it. I was impressed with overall efficiency of the dealership. We arrived at about 6:30pm and drove off with a new car at 8pm.

From the greeter at the door, to my salesman, Christopher Glover my service was superb. Even when I requested clarification, everyone was helpful, patient and explained things in a manner that was crystal clear. Negotiations were straightforward and stress free. I have already driven over one thousand miles. Chris' help allowed me to select the car that is perfect for me now, and will be serviceable into the distant future.

I have bought several cars from this dealership and I always worked with Chris Glover. I just bought a Honda Crosstour and Chris walked me through the entire process flawlessly. He knows his product inside and out and just makes car buying a pleasant experience. I made him aware of what I could pay, what options I was looking at and he made it work. I would not deal with anyone else if you are in the market for a Honda. I get a new care every three years and he makes me not dread the experience. He is honest and in that line of work, that is a rare commodity.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I went to Germain with a goal to buy out my lease because I really like the car I leased from them 3 years ago. Chris Glover took me from start to finish with the process with much greater ease than I expected. He listened to my needs, came up with a few different options, then made sure that what I chose to do was exactly what took place. Sierra Hall in Finance took me through that process easily, too, educating me the whole way. I highly recommend this dealership and appreciate the way they are doing business now.
