This is a revision to a review written earlier, where the rating given was 4. The mistake made was my decision to accept the word of the salesman and the manager. Since I reside in Maryland, the manager assured me that once their Maryland counterpart diagnosed the problem, Harrisburg would resolve it. Well, the Maryland Heritage diagnosed the problem as related to the tires and recommended the replacement of all 4. Harrisburg offered to replace one of the tires. My reply was that I would purchase 4 tires and I requested reimbursement for two. I was informed that I would receive a callback. I still await the call and have spent $900 on new tires. Mr. Hacker, who pledged to resolve any issues, did not return any direct calls to his voicemail. More

Finance Manager, Gavyn, even made the paperwork experience a pleasure - I know, hard to believe but true. The amazing class leading iForce Max technology on this truck is different than what I’ve been accustomed to, which lead me to some questions. All of the service department staff were awesome with answering those questions for me - without an appointment - simply outstanding customer care! Parts department were courteous and fast. Had my bed mat overnight, and by the way, it is an awesome addition, would highly recommend it. Everyone at Heritage was fantastic to me and I wish to include them all.
