After 48 hours and speaking with the "service manager" on first day to explain that I needed to have jeep back by Friday evening at 5 pm for use - I heard absolutely no updates on vehicle from this advisor. Showed up at 5 p.m. on Friday to retrieve vehicle and was told by Chris that tech was still "diagnosing" it. More
