What impressed me the most, was when I emailed her my concern about not having a temp tag for our vehicle...she responded back with, “No problem, I’ll overnight one to you.” Literally the next day there was a FedEx parcel at my door step with the tags!!! She and Chris originally provided outstanding customer service and then Lauren went above and beyond!!! We had such an easy, seamless visit. We will definitely come back! More
