This was honestly the easiest, no hassle, pleasant car buying experience of our lives. This dealership is honest, transparent with all fees and discounts, and so pleasant and wonderful to work with! This is a far cry from the large dealerships we had spoken to that advertised low prices and then added thousands of dollars in dealer add ons when we got to the dealership! Dealing with dealers like that truly made us think twice about buying a Ram. Fortunately for us, we happened to find the exact truck we were looking for at Four Stars, and we honestly could NOT be happier with the entire experience! Four Stars does not do dealer add ons, they are just an honest dealership with fair pricing and outstanding customer service! We were not pressured to use their financing, and no one tried to push expensive warranty packages or gap insurance! Buying a vehicle at Four Stars was well worth the 4 ½ hour road trip from Houston! Chris had the truck prepared and looking great when we arrived! We were in and out of the dealership so quickly too! We noticed one tiny imperfection in the paint and Chris immediately offered to note this on the paperwork so we could have it repaired later at no charge at a dealership near our home. We simply cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! We will definitely call Four Stars and Chris Hughes first for our next vehicle purchase! More

The receptionist and the financial team member were both polite and professional, only issue was the maintenance personnel did not perform the maintenance that was listed as performed, in reality….
