We had visited three other KIA dealers in the past and across all dealers, encountered very difficult-to-work-with salespeople. We felt that KIA as a brand was not consumer-friendly. But, I stumbled upon a deal on a Sorento at Raymond KIA and thought we would give it one more chance. Chris was so easy to work with: he listened to what we were looking for and delivered it. You would think that wouldn't be hard, but across experiences at Honda, KIA, VW - Chris was the best. He got us into a car that fit our family's needs/budget. And, the finance person we worked with was also standout. He didn't waste our time and got us out the door quickly (and didn't miss still communicating the details).
