The shop foreman, Jason Schneider, asked to go on a ride along, so he could identify the issues, which he did. He personally took ownership of the problem and spent the necessary time to address my issues, after 3 days my car came back good as new. I appreciate that type of service and would be happy to recommend Audi of Fort Myers to my friends. More
