Bob Paterson and the whole staff went out of their way to make me happy! I purchased a 2011 Ford Taurus and it just did not seem to run very well. They tried to fix it but I was still not happy with the vehi make me happy! I purchased a 2011 Ford Taurus and it just did not seem to run very well. They tried to fix it but I was still not happy with the vehicle. Instead of leaving it alone they went way out of the way to make me happy. The whole staff helped me pick out the perfect vehicle! They took the Taurus back and I purchased a new Fusion. I could not be more happy. I will refer everyone I know to Apple Valley Ford. If you are looking for a new or used car and you have not been to Apple Valley Ford stop what you are doing and head to Apple Valley Ford. They definitely know what customer service is all about.
