Bruce Moss was very receptive to my dissatisfaction about the service manager and the way the service manager spoke to me and was completely apathetic to my needs. He has checked in with me since then as wel the service manager and the way the service manager spoke to me and was completely apathetic to my needs. He has checked in with me since then as well. Great guy! I made sure to compliment Kevin Russell in the service dept as well as my original salesman, David Scott. They are both AMAZING! As long as I don’t have to deal with the service manager again, I will continue to use Guntersville Chevrolet. More
