Quickly had my service request to change the oil scheduled. Two of the things were found that needed attention, including replacing the windshield wiper blades and air filter. Poor service last 2 visits. Had oil change. Oil was leaking. Had breaks fixed. They did not mention it would be 5-6 hours of service and did not offer a ride home until 2 hour Had oil change. They did not mention it would be 5-6 hours of service and did not offer a ride home until 2 hours of being there and then was told only 1.5 hours more but it landed up being longer. And NO communication unless I asked. More

Not a good experience. Requested oil change, emissions, tire rotation and oil and cabin filters. Instead got request to do diesel injector flush that was done on last visit Requested oil change, emissions, tire rotation and oil and cabin filters. Instead got request to do diesel injector flush that was done on last visit and not needed. Replace fuel filters with 50% of life still remaining and four wheel alignment. They forgot to do the emissions, never rotated tires as tires and wheels were very dusty and there was not a single handprint on any of my wheels. In short other than the oil change nothing else was done as requested. Total screw up!, More
