Brought my car in they said they checked it out. It is something warranty won’t cover. Drop my car off at service they realize what was wrong with. It said warranty doesn’t cover that and I wanted the paperwork stating everything they did to my car and exactly what’s wrong with it and all t with. It said warranty doesn’t cover that and I wanted the paperwork stating everything they did to my car and exactly what’s wrong with it and all that and I wanted to give it to the warranty company myself they never gave me the paperwork to show what exactly was wrong with my car. You know everything about my vehicle And I called numerous of times. Spoke to the service manager. He said he would email me the paperwork never did I called called didn’t get no paperwork come to find out they never even diagnose my car like this is a Dodge dealership and I have a Dodge vehicle like that’s terrible service from a service center. If your car has an issue, they should plug up their $20,000 machine and print out the information that they retrieve from your car and they should be able to give you that info so you can give to your warranty company so you can get your car fixed but he said it’s something that is not gonna be covered so he didn’t start nothing because his workers won’t get paid so basically my car stay there for two weeks knowing they couldn’t do nothing and then they finally decided to call me and tell me this this is totally uncalled for terrible service. All you have to do is give me the paperwork that I was asking so I can give it to my warranty company so yeah I highly recommend. Don’t take it to money from Dodge for service go to Dodge of Turnersville quality service there. More

This is the review i put on google with pictures. First of all, all of the reviews that say no communication are 100% the truth i had to call 6 times to find out what's going on with my truck. It too First of all, all of the reviews that say no communication are 100% the truth i had to call 6 times to find out what's going on with my truck. It took a week to do a job (Front right u-joint) that would take me 40 minutes and they only did 1 side (it was under warranty thats why i brought it to them). For some reason it took them 33 miles to find the problem which is ridiculous all they had to do was put the truck on a lift and check it. Second as you see in the pictures finger prints all over the truck. 3rd they parked my truck under a tree and scratched the paint. No respect for my truck or me the service writer (Who i dont even know his name never told me ) never checked if I had a warranty too lazy to scroll down on his computer to check. They tried to charge me $800 for a freaken u-joint what a joke. If they weren't so close to me I would have never went. Go at your own risk but make sure yiu look over your vehicle before and after you go because they will mess it up. More

This took twice to fix with a third time for actual diagnostics. If they had test driven it and went over 55mph would have known that it was not fixed. I have always used the service here and dont want to complain but lets get it together. The reason one goes to the dealer for maintenance is for the right fix for the car. More
