I had other opportunities to purchase the same model vehicle in other locations but Josh's attitude and helpfulness really stood out from all others. Josh, along with his Manager Chris Roy, made the purchase process very easy - actually the BEST vehicle purchase - new or used - I had ever had in 50+ years! There were no surprises and they did what they said they would do - something that doesn't always happen. I was on the road across the country in 3 hours including my picky vehicle inspection, test drive and financing (capably and quickly completed by Charlie Cox). No nonsense and quick = complete satisfaction! Traveling across the country to purchase a vehicle you haven't seen in-person from a salesperson you don't know and haven't met in-person requires significant trust.
