"The Go To Guy!' My wife and I purchased our First KIA (new) in Dec. '13 and we could be more pleased. Don Daniels and his staff do "Fantabulous" job. When my sales person (Chris Stelljes) was out of the office, Matt Douvier stepped in and offered to go with me on a test drive. A very good experience. A few days later I completed the deal with Chris (with some help from the finance dept.). Over all it was a complete and totally good experience. I have been driving Fords for the better part of 30+ years. My wife urged me to stop at Luther KIA to "check it out". I never thought I would be driving a KIA. Well here I am, the owner of a KIA Soul and I could not be happier. I would recommend Luther KIA to anyone looking for a friendly, personable, no pressure dealership. I feel any of the sales staff would be more than capable ( I met several), however I will continue to work with Chris Stelljes. He made it happen for me. That's why he's "The Go To Guy!" More

I had a great experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Not only were the sales people nice and friendly but they were not pushy. The customer service was superb. This was my first new car purchase. Everyone at this dealership did everything possible to make sure I got everything I wanted in a vehicle and that I understood what was going on with the process. They dealership did everything possible to make sure I got everything I wanted in a vehicle and that I understood what was going on with the process.
