I purchased my BMW M850 Gran Coupe from Maxwell Hartzman. Before coming into the dealership she called me & I explained what I wanted was a BMW Alpina, Maxwell told me I should drive the BMW M850 because it Before coming into the dealership she called me & I explained what I wanted was a BMW Alpina, Maxwell told me I should drive the BMW M850 because it was more customized and sporty! Well, he was correct because i told him i also wanted to test drive a Jaguar and when i got to the stop sign I told him that I didn’t even want to drive the jaguar because compared to the BMW M850 it it didn’t even rate on my scale! Process was quick and easy! More

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase at your dealership. I drove past several Maserati dealerships in Miami to visit your Arrigo W extreme dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase at your dealership. I drove past several Maserati dealerships in Miami to visit your Arrigo West Palm Beach location, and I now feel it was the worst decision I have made in my 51 years. My experience with the sales representative, Max, was highly unprofessional. He was unknowledgeable regarding the Maserati Grecale, and I felt brushed off every time I asked a question. Furthermore, I have never seen a luxury vehicle delivered in such poor condition. The car was not detailed, nor did it appear to have been inspected or reconditioned to the standards one expects when spending $40,000. Immediately after leaving the lot, I contacted Josh to explain my concerns. The "service tire pressure monitoring system" light is on, and one of the keys provided does not work. It is unacceptable that I now have an appointment this Wednesday to take a car I just purchased from your dealership to a different Maserati dealer for service. I regret this purchase and the lack of support I received once the paperwork was signed. I will not be purchasing from your dealership again, nor will I refer anyone to your location. I have attached several photos for your review so you can see the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. No owners manual No Wearable Key No First Aid Kit No Of the items that originally came with the car. My 2023 Alfa I Traded in to your dealership had everything and looked new! More

Went in for oil change Claudio Perez was amazing as always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Car needs to come back for a check on something and he offered a wide window always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Car needs to come back for a check on something and he offered a wide window over next few days and said he will make sure to get me in and out. Have to drop off car to get car assessed and will provide courtesy loaner. Claudio made sure to keep me updated via text and visited me in waiting room. He made sure car was cleaned after oil change. Tech tha completed the oil change did his inspection and went the video showing things that need to be addressed. Claudio was thorough and made sure everything was explained and what was covered under warranty and what was not while proving estimate for anything that I was responsible for paying. Service was good Getting an appointment difficult had to call three times Second year in a row no soap in the men’s room. Without prior notification no checks accepted Credit card fee 4% I had only to call three times Second year in a row no soap in the men’s room. Without prior notification no checks accepted Credit card fee 4% I had only 20 in cash I had service last year on my car I wrote a check I have been a paying customer for 8 years. Yes they drove me to my bank so I could pay in cash I waited and the coffee machine was not working Glad you asked for my opinion More
