Christine was extremely helpful as we tried to acquire a Ioneis Grenadier. Her efforts in the provision of information was direct, answered all our questions and concerns with patience as we continued to as Ioneis Grenadier. Though we did not move forward with this purchase, she initiated and provided the contact information for a dealer, JC Land Rover, as my wife is seeking to replace her LR3. Christine has an excellent knowledge base, repeating the option details multiple times to confirm our understanding and uniqueness of the different models-basically unwinding our confusion until she was sure we understood this potential purchase-allowing us to make an educated decision.
