Christine Brunt at Breakaway Honda

"Excellent Customer Service" is how I will start with. I met Christine and she was so full of energy and excited to provide me details and was very very friendly and helpful. In fact she went to the extent of walking out in the rain (offcourse with an umberlla.. :)) to show me a color of the van that I requested and that was my first visit for a new car sales at the dealership. We had good conversation on what my expecation is on the price and what she can or cannot do, it was very professional. I would definetely give a 5 Star for Christine. Mark on the other hand was excellent as well, he understood my requirements and told me what he can do and it met my expectaions very very closely and we struck a deal. The service was very quick and clean withought any dragging of conversations. We finished the whole deal in a couple of days and I got my van delivered as promised. BREAKAWAY HONDA ROCKS!!!

We used the Cosco program. Mark quickly made contact with us. On our arrival he was ready and in no time had pin pointed the exact vehicle we were looking for. My FIRST enjoyable experience at any dealership.

i began my search online and Mark emailed me. we emailed back and forth numerous times. I told him what we are looking for and when we arrived, he had our odyssey out front for a test drive. exactly what we wanted. we bought it.
I expressed to Mark my desire to "not play the car sales game" and he was upfront and honest....i had a painless experience!!!
i highly recommend Mark Becker...he will not disappoint!!!

Christine was great to work with. She was honest, helped us get exactly what we wanted and gave us the best price without haggling. We checked with at least 10 other dealers who claimed to have what we wanted but didn't. Price wasn't as good either. We will definitely be back here when we need another car!

Wow! Breakaway Honda is absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever. The price was very fair. (I had done significant research on pricing.)We walked in and literally all we had to do was pick out the color. There is no pressure here. Mark explained the features very well. The pleasant training experience took longer than the financing part. My wife and I were in and out in less than 2 hours. I have already recommended them to everyone I talked to. Great job....Great Team...Keep it up!!!!!

My Costco Auto Purchasing program introduced me to the Breakaway Honda team. Mark Becker of the Sales department contacted me and helped me find the Honda vechicle for which I wanted information and pricing. He was very thorough with answering all my questions and providing me with information about features of the car that I didn't even know were available. It seemed that his team including Christine Brunt and John Miller were able to make me feel very postitive about Breakaway Honda by thier professional and helpful assistnce. I was also impressed by a tour of thier service department and introduction to some service personnel as well. The result is I became a pleased Breakaway customer.

When shopping for a new vehicle, I did a lot of shopping online. Christine answered me back promptly and worked with me to get me the car I was wanting and at a price we could both live with. She was absolutely wonderful through the whole deal. She was professional, listened to what I wanted and did not want, and found exactly what I was looking for. NONE of the other internet sales people I had been in contact with had done that. She impressed me, and it takes a lot for a sales person to impress me. I had 2 cars and was trying to get down to 1 and no one at BreakAway had a problem with that. She located what I wanted and needed and notified me when it arrived, and met me there to show it to me. We made the deal with a handshake(the old-fashioned way business needs to go back to) on Friday night and traded on Saturday. She got the prep done on Saturday even though I told her it was not a big deal to wait til the next week. She made trading as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend her and BreakAway!

I obtained several online quotes from Breakaway and other dealers in the area which I visited first because their prices were lower. Well that changed after they started changing the initial quote and adding fees. Christine Brunt was sincere since the very first conversation we had. She told me that she was giving me the lowest price she could and that did not change in our negotiation. She worked really hard with the manager to match my trade in value. Christine and Ramiro in finance managed to get me a 1.9% with an anemic credit. Christine will strike you as a very open and likeable person who will not dance around with false promises or make you waste your time. Between test drive and paperwork I was out with my new truck in less than two hours that felt like 20 minutes thanks to Christine.

Christine was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the time we made our first contact through the internet until we drove off the lot with our new CRV. We have bought several Hondas in other states where we have lived, but this is one of the best experiences we have had to date.
