I called to confirm the price and made my appointment, and Tom had the car ready for me to test drive. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure involved. Their finance person, Chris, patiently and expertly worked us through the loan process and explained the various warranty and service packages offered. There was NO pressure at all to buy anything extra, but they did offer some great deals that we couldn’t pass up.
