I still have doubts about the corporate manufacturing of Honda; they evidently do not provide the dealership with a variety so that the customers can have a choice. However, when I made George Webb, the salesman, and Chris Anderson, the manager, aware of my concerns, they worked hard to get the model of my choice. It took a week to get it to the dealership, but I now have the Honda Civic that I wanted. Thank you to all who made this happen and I am sorry that the Honda Corporation does not seem to be concerned enough to make these models available for customer choice in the first place. More

Talk with the dealership for a week going back-and-forth over the process of the deal went in when my paperwork was emailed to me to do all the signing and submit a large down payment got called two weeks l over the process of the deal went in when my paperwork was emailed to me to do all the signing and submit a large down payment got called two weeks later saying that I need to resubmit paperwork and re-sign moving my buy date. All sounding super shady. When I asked for clarification, I was yelled at and basically hung up on. Still waiting to hear back from the dealer on what is going on with the process of buying my car. More

Good personnel ! Service department was not satisfied! Car stay in the shop took 3 weeks to get it back drive 20 miles and return to shop this time was there 5 weeks Service department was not satisfied! Car stay in the shop took 3 weeks to get it back drive 20 miles and return to shop this time was there 5 weeks they broke my mirror! They could not fix it because they said it was after market windshield argued with the shop and they told me it was $500 to replace the mirror. Been driving for 20 miles and my tire pleasure gage comes on. Not very satisfied with the shop personnel. The manager was great after l argued with the shop for 4 hours l went to Mr Anderson and he told the shop to change the battery, it was an ordeal dealing with this people. I have my own mechanic. But l needed the sliding door replaced and Honda was the only way to go. . needless to say my charges were more l could afford so l had to finance the bill. I could write for two days with my experience but l don’t want to waist my time. Very displeased with the communication with the personnel. There was 5/6 days before anyone called me between my calls More

We had an overall great experience with Southaven Honda. Sales representative Brian Hill was outstanding, He walked us through the buying experience, did not pressure us, showed us the service center, an Sales representative Brian Hill was outstanding, He walked us through the buying experience, did not pressure us, showed us the service center, and showed us several CRVs. We compared an 2026 CRV without leather to an 2025 hybrid CRV with leather. The Costco program provided a nice discount for the 2025 hybrid (about $1,000 more for the 2025 CRV). So glad to have worked with Brian and highly respect this young man. Bill Thomas was very professional and the general manager Chris Manager was very accommodating. The facility seemed to be new! Nice and clean and very accommodating. More
